EVENT-FOCUSED CYCLING TRAINING

Know what to ride today—and why it’s there.

Crambl turns your event date, available hours, and recent riding into a practical training plan. Follow it on your smart trainer, then see what the work changed.

A plan is only useful if you can actually follow it.

Crambl keeps planning, riding, and reviewing in one place. No workout-file shuffle. No separate spreadsheet. No guessing what today was supposed to accomplish.

01

Start with the event

Choose your event, date, weekly hours, and available days. Crambl works backward from race day and fits the plan to the time you really have.

02

Do today’s work

Your next session is waiting when you open the app. Connect an FTMS trainer, start the workout, and keep the important numbers in view.

03

Use what happened

Completed rides feed your history, power-duration curve, training load, and FTP estimates—so the plan is grounded in work you actually did.

Your race has a date. Your training should have a shape.

Set the priority event and the time you can train. Crambl lays out the phases, schedules the sessions, and makes the tradeoffs visible when the calendar is tight.

  • Road, criterium, time trial, hill climb, gravel, fondo, and XC plans
  • Progression through time in zone—not random intensity
  • A calendar you can inspect and change before you commit

ERG when it helps. Your legs when it matters.

Steady work can hold a power target. Sprints, VO₂max intervals, and all-out tests let you set the pace. Crambl chooses the right trainer mode for the job, and you can still adjust intensity mid-ride.

Find a useful FTP

Enter it directly, take a ramp or 20-minute test, or estimate it from recent best efforts. You always know which number your targets use.

Keep a real history

Import past rides, record new ones, and review time in zone, interval execution, critical power, and your power-duration curve.

Pick from a deep library

Sweet spot, threshold, over-unders, VO₂max, anaerobic, sprint, race-specific, taper, and testing sessions are ready to ride or copy and edit.

Own the output

Your completed rides save as FIT files. Sync them to Strava when you want; keep them local when you don’t.

Train toward something.
